Exciting Milestone Reached!

After three years of hard work, our project has successfully concluded, with reports submitted to Bufdir, the Municipality of Oslo, and Bydel St. Hanshaugen. The outcome is a groundbreaking new method for inclusive mentorship of young people in the job market, accompanied by a digital platform for job dispatch and guidance. Both the method and platform have undergone extensive testing and proven effective.

The development process was shaped by input from over 100 diverse youths and rooted in thorough research. Our primary focus has been amplifying the voices of young people, especially those whom statistics show are more likely to fall through the cracks and experience exclusion.

We’ve shared our observations and recommendations with the Municipality of Oslo. With our successful results, TopDog Technologies is now seeking students (mentee), NGOs, and private sector mentors interested in building upon this solid foundation and continuing the important work we’ve begun.
